What is other service?

Tooling re-sharping refers to the process of re-grinding a used tool, such as a cutting tool or a drill bit, to restore its original cutting performance and life.Re-sharpening can help to restore the performance of the tool, extend its service life, and save costs.

Inserts grinding is a process of sharpening and shaping a cutting tool or blade to its desired shape and sharpness. This process involves using an abrasive grinding wheel to remove material from the blade or tool edge until it attains the desired sharpness and shape.

Laser slicing welding is a process that involves using a laser beam to slice a metal material and then using the same laser beam to weld the sliced parts together.

Re-sharping

Increased tool life: Re-sharpening extends the life of the cutting tool, saving you money in the long run.

Inserts grinding

Cost savings - Longer lifespan of cutting tools means less frequent replacement, resulting in cost savings over time.

Glass Cutter

A tool for scoring and cutting glass, widely used in glass manufacturing, art, and construction industries.

Laser slicing welding

Precision - Laser slicing welding is highly precise, allowing for extremely small and precise cuts and welds. This level of precision can result in higher quality welds that are stronger and more reliable.

Re-sharping

Re-sharpening of cutting tools involves the restoration of the tool to its original sharpness and efficiency through grinding and repair. During re-sharpening, the dull or damaged portions of the tool surface are removed, and the edge is re-ground to achieve the optimal cutting angle and shape. Upon completion of re-sharpening, the cutting tool’s surface smoothness and roundness are restored, allowing it to be used for cutting new materials and providing consistent cutting quality.

Inserts grinding

Before grinding, the inserts may have become dull, damaged, or lost their original geometry due to wear over time. This can lead to poor cutting performance, inaccurate cuts, and decreased efficiency.

During the grinding process, the inserts are ground on a special grinder to remove worn or damaged material and to restore their original shape and cutting angle. This process leaves the inserts with sharp, smooth, and accurate cutting edges, allowing them to cut materials more efficiently and effectively.

After grinding, the inserts are carefully inspected to ensure that they meet the required specifications and tolerances. If any defects are found, further grinding may be necessary to correct them.
